Our Story

Little Peas is an independent Pram and Car Seat Centre that’s been open in Dunfermline since 2008. We are a retailer that has consciously chosen to focus its core values and mission all around customer service and experience.

We have a small friendly team that are committed to helping you find what you’re looking for with a zero-pressure sales approach.

Although Little Peas has one of the largest floor spaces of any baby store in Scotland, we’ve chosen not to ‘stuff it full’ of product – this has allowed us to be highly selective with the brands and products that we display, and believe that we’ve got the correct range that will meet the vast majority of our customers needs. Our showroom does give a boutique feel, but definitely allows us to give you space while you browse. We ensure that we’re knowledgeable of all the products we have in store and are more than happy to demonstrate them to you, or simply leave you to play with and try out our range on your own. We recognise that the purchase of a pram can be a new, expensive and daunting experience, and we promise that we will always do our best to meet your needs during your visit to our store.

Little Peas is known UK-wide as a car seat specialist and were one of the first to embrace Extended Rear Facing. As a result, our Car Seat Experts have many years of experience and we are extremely fortunate to receive regular in depth, and high-level training from the top car seat brands. We are so passionate to ensure that your little one has the best solution for their (and your needs). Our car seat consultations are free and we’ll show you through a range of appropriate seats and will listen to what it is that you want to do, or give you ‘best-practice’ information if you’re looking to research your choices. We can try seats in-store on our demonstration rigs, as well as in your car in our own safe car park at the front door of the shop.

If you do choose to buy your car seat from us online, be assured that we will still be there for you. We are always happy to talk through various options and suggestions over the phone or via our social media channels. We will provide you with access to as many video calls as you need for fitting checks, and are also happy to create bespoke video content for you too, as and when you need it.

As a UK ERF car seat specialist and ambassador, our reputation for experience and knowledge is second to none, and this is backed up by several hundred 5-star reviews across multiple channels. We previously were the UK service centre for BeSafe, and are currently an accredited service centre for Axkid.

While we are known for Extended Rear Facing car seats, we are also equally as committed to all car seats, and will find you the right solution whether it’s an infant carrier, rotating seat or high back booster also.
