Orders for In Stock items, placed by 12pm are typically allocated with DPD on a 24hr courier service for dispatch the same day where possible, or with Royal Mail 1st Class for smaller items. Orders should arrive with you within 1-2 working days of collection by the courier for shipment.
Please note we do not dispatch or deliver goods on Saturdays, Sundays or on days when our little peas shop in Dunfermline is closed (i.e. public holidays, over Christmas etc.)

Any refunds will be issued less the relevant collection charges once the item has been received back into store. Refunds will be made back via the original payment method and will be processed within 7 days of the items arriving with us and its condition assessed. Refunds could take longer if the item is required to be assessed further by the manufacturer.

The new-born insert with removable wedge cushion is specially designed to give extra support and padding to new-born babies. The insert with foam pads reduces the space in the head and shoulder region for a cosy feeling, while the wedge cushion provides a flatter, ergonomic lying position for your baby. As your baby grows simply remove the cushion so that they can continue to benefit from the softly padded insert.
