COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Little Peas Limited, trading as Little Peas, 10 Halbeath Road, Dunfermline, Scotland, KY12 7QX ("Little Peas", "we", "us", "our").

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on Monday 8th June 2026 at 00:00 hours and closes on Sunday 12th July 2026 at 23:59 hours ("Competition Period"). All entries must be received by this time to be valid.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Little Peas, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

3.2. By entering the competition, entrants confirm they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize they may win.

4. How to Enter

4.1. Automatic Entry Route: Every order of £100 or more placed on littlepeas.co.uk during the Competition Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the competition. Multiple qualifying orders will receive multiple entries.

4.2. Entries made fraudulently or by third parties will be invalid.

4.3. We reserve the right to verify all orders and disqualify entries where order details cannot be verified.

4.4. Opt Out: Customers who do not wish to be entered may opt out by emailing win@littlepeas.co.uk with the subject line OPT OUT and their order number in the email body.

4.5. In-Store Entry Route: Customers visiting our Dunfermline showroom are eligible to enter by asking a member of our in-store team to enter the World Cup TV Competition. Our team will collect the required details and enter you into the draw.

5. The Prizes

5.1. There is one (1) prize available:

Prize: One LG 43" UHD Smart TV (Model: 43UT73), delivered to the winner in time for the FIFA World Cup Final on Sunday 19th July 2026.

5.2. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available.

5.3. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.

6.2. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within 7 days of the draw.

6.3. The winner must respond to confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

7. Prize Delivery

7.1. The prize will be delivered to the winner's UK address in time for the FIFA World Cup Final on Sunday 19th July 2026.

7.2. We cannot accept responsibility for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at littlepeas.co.uk.

8.2. By entering, you consent to your personal information being used for these purposes.

8.3. Entry into this competition does not add you to our marketing lists unless you separately opt in to receive marketing communications.

8.4. The winner agrees to their name being published on our website and social media channels.

9. General Conditions

9.1. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and winners.

9.2. We reserve the right to disqualify entries if we have reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.

9.3. We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if circumstances arise outside of our control.

9.4. Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.5. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

9.6. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

10. Liability

10.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.
