COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Little Peas Limited, trading as Little Peas, 10 Halbeath Road, Dunfermline, Scotland, KY12 7QX ("Little Peas", "we", "us", "our").

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on Monday 17th November 2025 at 17:00 hours and closes on Sunday 7th December 2025 at 23:59 hours ("Competition Period"). All entries must be received by this time to be valid.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Little Peas, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

3.2. By entering the competition, entrants confirm they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize they may win.

4. How to Enter

4.1. Purchase Entry Route: Each Car Seat order placed on littlepeas.co.uk during the Competition Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the competition. Multiple orders will receive multiple entries. All customers who place a Car Seat order during the promotional period are automatically entered.

4.2. Early Black Friday Purchase Entry Route: Customers who made a Car Seat purchase on littlepeas.co.uk between 1st November 2025 at 00:00 hours and Monday 17th November 2025 at 17:00 hours can enter the competition by emailing win@littlepeas.co.uk with their order number, date of order, full name, and address. Entries via this route must be submitted by 23:59 hours on Sunday 7th December 2025.

4.3. Free Entry Route: To enter without making a purchase, send a First Class postcard or letter to: Little Peas Competition, 10 Halbeath Road, Dunfermline, Scotland, KY12 7QX. Your entry must include your full name, email address, postal address, and telephone number. Free postal entries must be received by 23:59 hours on Sunday 7th December 2025.

4.4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4.5. There is no limit to the number of entries per person.

4.6. Entries made fraudulently or by third parties will be invalid.

4.7. We reserve the right to verify all orders and disqualify entries where order details cannot be verified.

5. The Prizes

5.1. There are four (4) prizes available:

First Prize: Your Money Back – The winner will receive a full refund of their qualifying Car Seat order placed during the Competition Period or Early Black Friday period (as defined in section 4.2). The maximum refund value is the total amount paid for the qualifying order including delivery charges.

Second Prize: £300 Cash for Christmas – The winner will receive £300 in cash via bank transfer.

Third Prize: £200 Little Peas Voucher – The winner will receive a £200 voucher to spend in-store at our Dunfermline showroom or online at littlepeas.co.uk. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Fourth Prize: One Free Accessory of Your Choice – The winner may select one accessory from our range worth up to £70. The accessory must be in stock at the time of selection and can be collected from our showroom or delivered to the winner's address.

5.2. For the First Prize, if the winner entered via the Free Entry Route, they will instead receive £300 cash.

5.3. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. There is no cash alternative except as specified in section 5.2.

5.4. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

5.5. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. Any unused balance will remain on the voucher until expiry.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. Four (4) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. One winner will be selected for each prize.

6.2. The winners will be drawn on Monday 8th December 2025.

6.3. The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within 7 days of the draw.

6.4. The winners must respond to confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

7. Prize Delivery

7.1. Prizes will be delivered to the winners' UK addresses within 10 working days of the competition end date, or winners may collect prizes from our showroom at 10 Halbeath Road, Dunfermline, Scotland, KY12 7QX.

7.2. Cash prizes will be paid via bank transfer within 10 working days of winner confirmation.

7.3. We cannot accept responsibility for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at littlepeas.co.uk.

8.2. By entering, you consent to your personal information being used for these purposes.

8.3. Entry into this competition does not add you to our marketing lists unless you separately opt in to receive marketing communications.

8.4. The winners agree to their names being published on our website and social media channels.

9. General Conditions

9.1. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and winners.

9.2. We reserve the right to disqualify entries if we have reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.

9.3. We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if circumstances arise outside of our control.

9.4. Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.5. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

9.6. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

10. Liability

10.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.
