Shipping policy
1. Delivery Information
Standard Dispatch Times (UK Mainland)
- Orders placed by 1pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
- We use DPD 24hr courier service for larger items and Royal Mail 1st Class for smaller parcels.
- Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Please note:
- No dispatch or deliveries occur on weekends, bank holidays, or other days when our Dunfermline shop is closed (e.g. Christmas closures).
- Free delivery is available on all UK Mainland orders £50 and above.
- Orders under £50 incur a £5.95 flat-rate shipping fee (UK Mainland).
- Remote/Offshore/Island/NI deliveries incur variable charges based on courier rates - Free delivery applies to orders £60 and above, orders below £60 incur a £6.95 flat-rate shipping fee.
- Shipping to remote postcodes may take longer - these include Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
Nursery Furniture Delivery
- Delivered by a dedicated courier.
- Delivery may take up to 28 days.
- Furniture is delivered flat-packed and requires assembly.
- We will contact you after your order to provide a specific timescale.
- Bebe & Beyond Furniture is delivered by a dedicated 2-man room of choice delivery service - this is dispatched directly from the Manufacturer.
Outlet Delivery
- Dispatch of Outlet Items usually is delayed by around 2 working days from order, this allows collection from our warehouse and reboxing (where required).
- We'll always aim to dispatch the item as quickly as possible and it may arrive sooner.
Pre-Orders
If you pre-order an out-of-stock item, we’ll notify you by email when it arrives. Once back in stock, normal shipping times apply.
Order Checks
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. Report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. If no issues are reported within this time, we will consider the order complete and correct.
