Britax Römer’s goal is to ensure that parents and their children are safe on the road. The company has been fully committed to this goal since it first manufactured safety equipment and accessories for cars in the early 1930s. Today, Britax Römer develops and manufactures car seats and pushchairs, with their first car seat being developed in 1966. They have a strong German and British heritage, with 90% of their car seats being “Made in Germany” or “Made in Britain”. This is due to them moving to their custom built headquarters in Leipheim, Germany in 2016.

Safety and design go hand in hand for Britax Römer when developing and producing car seats for every age group. Starting with infant carriers, the BABY-SAFE 5Z2, a lightweight and innovative infant carrier, accompanying your baby from birth up to 15 months. It features Ergo Recline, offering your baby a flatter, healthier position to make travels even more comfortable and safe. It can be installed on the FLEX BASE 5Z, with the vehicles seat belt or on a variety of strollers.

A hugely successful product category for Britax is their high back boosters. The new generation of Kidfix i-size was developed in partnership with leading car manufacturers, to give ultimate car travel safety to your child. Every feature on the seat, from the XP-PAD to the SecureGuard has been developed with one thing in mind – maximum protection.
