All three products are certified to UN R129/04 (i-Size), hold AGR back health approval, and are built around the same core principle: that every car journey, however short, deserves the highest standard of safety and the least amount of daily friction.

The Cloud G3 - Birth to 24 Months

The CYBEX Cloud G3 is a premium rotating infant car seat covering children from 40 cm to 87 cm - from the first journey home through to approximately their second birthday. Its AGR-certified lie-flat recline adjusts with a single hand, settling into positions that support healthy posture, aid organ development, and promote comfortable breathing in and out of the car.

A 180° rotation swings the seat towards you for buckling and unbuckling, and a single click releases it from the Base G3. The lightweight 4 kg shell makes lifting and transferring straightforward. L.S.P. (Linear Side-Impact Protection) absorbs and redirects side-collision force, reducing impact by approximately 15% compared to the same seat without the system (based on CYBEX internal testing). All-round ventilation and an XXL canopy with UPF50+ protection keep your baby comfortable across all conditions, and the Cloud G3 carries TÜV Rheinland approval for use on aircraft.

A removable newborn inlay provides a cosier fit from 40 cm and is removed at around 61 cm. Fourteen individual headrest positions grow with your child throughout their time in the seat.

The Sirona G3 - Birth to Four Years

The CYBEX Sirona G3 is a 360° rotating toddler car seat covering children from 61 cm to 105 cm - from approximately three months up to four years old, or from birth with the optional double newborn inlay accessory (sold separately). It is the natural progression seat from the Cloud G3, and it clicks directly onto the same Base G3 with no additional hardware required.

Used rear-facing, the Sirona G3 delivers up to 50% better protection compared to a conventional forward-facing seat (based on CYBEX internal testing). The seat's Advanced L.S.P. System - pre-deployed from the moment you first open the packaging - reduces side-collision force by approximately 25% compared to the same seat without the system. Five recline levels in both rear-facing and forward-facing orientations mean you can always find the right position for your child whether they're alert or asleep. UN R129/04 requires all children to travel rear-facing until at least 15 months, and we strongly encourage continuing rear-facing for as long as the seat's dimensions allow.

The Sirona G3 requires the Base G3 for installation in all vehicles - belt-only installation is not available for this seat.

The Base G3 - One Base, Two Seats

The CYBEX Base G3 is the ISOFIX foundation that makes the G-Line system work. It installs using ISOFIX connectors and a height-adjustable load leg, providing a stable, firm fit regardless of vehicle floor angle. The 360° rotation handle swings the seat towards the door and releases it from the base in a single motion - eliminating the daily strain of leaning into the car to secure or lift your child.

CYBEX's Driving Direction Control (D.D.C.) system prevents the Cloud G3 from being attached in any position other than rear-facing - an important safeguard at the most vulnerable stage of travel. When you transition to the Sirona G3, D.D.C. unlocks the option to choose between rear-facing and forward-facing use, giving you full flexibility as your child grows.

The Base G3 is also compatible with the previous-generation Cloud G i-Size and Sirona G i-Size, making it a sound long-term investment for growing families.
