The Axkid Connect is a super-slim smart safety pad designed to give parents greater peace of mind on every journey. Placed in the seat of your child's car seat and paired to your smartphone via Bluetooth, it uses highly sensitive integrated sensors to detect circumstances that are not safe for your child - alerting you before a situation becomes dangerous.
Axkid Connect is a unique product designed to save lives and protect children from hyperthermia or heatstroke, and from being left alone in the car. Heatstroke in vehicles is more common than many parents realise, and the Connect is built specifically to address this risk.
Smart Alerts, Automatic Reminders
The Connect monitors three key safety situations and notifies you via the free Axkid Connect app:
- Temperature warning — alerts you when the interior temperature of the car rises to an unsafe level, helping you act before it becomes dangerous for your child
- Journey time reminder — set according to Axkid's recommendations at 45 minutes for infant car seats and 90 minutes for child car seats and booster seats, so you know when it's time to take a break
- Forgotten child alert — you will receive a notification if you leave the car and your child is still seated in the car seat

Through the free Axkid Connect app, available on both iOS and Android, you can access manuals, product descriptions, and installation films for your Axkid car seat - making it a genuinely useful everyday companion, not just an alarm system. You can connect up to two smartphones to each car seat, and switching to a new seat is straightforward.
Installation is simple: place the pad in the seat and pull the buckle through the buckle opening to secure it in place.
